    for the past three days now, Anything i eat or drink, doesn't matter what it is, makes me hurt in my intestines, I'm not sure why either, anyone have this problem? if so how did you get rid of it? Ive tried Gas X and Paypa chews :confused:

    how many times do you eat?

    I eat my normal 2oz of protein and some veggies and then about two hours later I'm hungry again? I feel like I'm always putting food in my mouth... Anyone else? :confused:

    Pat change your protein to Soy Protein you wont have the pain from the lactose, I have been lactose intollerant for 5 years now and i know that pain!, I to was warned about the GAS PROBLEM! OH my goodness its horrible sometimes but i really dont have any pain with it any more Praise the Lord...

    3 yrs out and feel like a failure !

    Ladies remember that we always retain water weight, when it's that time of the month....Also muscles weight more then fat does you may have lost more weight but gained muscle so it will look higher on the scale, hang i there.

    Is this normal?

    I was told yesterday to eat 2-3 oz a day and try to reach 600 cals per day, but i know this wont happen over night. also 1 egg is an oz of food, just throwing that out there

    for the first 4-5 days after my surgery i got on the scale everyday but my husband said that i shouldn't do that as i could get depressed when i didn't see the weight fall off, so now I'm weighing in on sat's only. I have two scales i bought at walmart, they are both digital
