I have used the recipe tool on all of the dishes my husband has cooked in the last 2 weeks. It's wonderful and so easy to use.

Look at the ounces on the box - divide by the number of pops - that's how much ounces per pop.

I just ordered some Unjury unflavored protein powder. I'm definitely trying that. My date is December 10. I meet with the dietician next week. Supposed to be today but of course the doc was running behind! Can you imagine?

Have you considered liquid protein shots? I have yet to have my surgery but have been doing lots of reading. Too little protein can make you tired and affect your muscles. Do you have access to a dietician? Any support group in your area? This is great site and I am sure you will get even more...

My gastric sleeve surgery is scheduled for December 10, 2012. There is a support group at Mercy Hospital in Hot Springs that I will be attending. I've been reading books like crazy - excited and scared.
