    Have you heard of the "pouch test?" It is to test the condition from your RNY surgery... possibly shinks your pouch some, and most likely loose a few pounds. All you do for the test is to eat as if you just got surgery, drink 64 oz of water, vitamins, and exercising. I have not gotten to that...

    I had problems in the beginning. I used a teaspoon and took three sips per teaspoon... timely but it helped in learning how to truly sip. I worked up to taking three sips from a 1 oz cup. It took training but it made things stay down and no loosing lunch... you know what I mean?
