Hi Sindyana...Glad to meet you...I am starting to feel a little better about it , I've been reading all the info I received from the dietician....I start the liquid diet next Monday 8/4/14 I have all the shakes and am making a list of the liquids I can have....glad to hear I'm not the only one...
