Hi New to this group or any group I had VSG 1/14 lost 95 pounds hit goal weight and now I cannot stop eating I this its emotional but could really use some help here Thanks

I only have 8 more pounds to go before a surgery date will be scheduled. One whole month with no soda, or caffeine. If I can survive that, 8 pounds will be a breeze.:D I am not a fan of the "waiting" game, but I think I will be busy enough to not notice.
