1 day post op.

Just had my rnygb yesterday. I'm so sore and I can only lay on my back. Is it normal for a lot of pain when attempting to lay on my sides? I walk as much as I can but it hasn't been helping with the pain. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

did you have laparoscopy? You should have some kind of follow-up, a team that addresses pain, eating, exercise and mental health. Please call your team for a look-see. I had an open procedure so my pain was extreme and took a long time to heal, many years ago. but nowadays most people don't suffer for long. this is really a medical issue and you should be calling your surgeon's office every time you feel concerned.`
