56 Calorie "Skinny Chunky Monkey Cookies"

I've been starting to play around with substitutes. Nutter Butter and Oreo's, well I could never stop at just one!!! That's why I totally cut that stuff out and I am fine with that. But during this baking season when I'm making cookies for my daughter's family, neighbors, etc it is nice to find a healthier cookie. I agree with your tiny bite and savoring it. I've even gotten to the point where just smelling food and enjoying the smell without eating it is fine too! :)

I came across this recipe which looked pretty healthy as far as cookies go and only 56 calories...

Skinny Chunky Monkey Cookies

I haven't tried them yet but they are on my list to try.
You can increase the protein by adding some collagen protein to them (unflavored, of course). I play with subs in all my baking, even if I am not the one eating it - making them better for my family. There have been some royal failures, but for the most part, I am able to make almost anything without anyone being able to tell they are healthy.

Yep, I was thinking protein would probably be a good addition to this one too. :)

Those must be pretty small cookies if that recipe serves 30! Perhaps the author's idea of a "heaping spoonful" is much different than mine...which might have contributed to my extra calories in the past! lol.
I bet they would be quite tasty though. :)
