Thank you Kevin. I was scheduled for my nutrition class this morning but missed it due to weather. I am wheelchair dependent and since my chair lift is attached to a trailer hitch on the rear of my vehicle I can't take it when it's raining or snowing. I've re-scheduled for 1/31/12 but find this article helpful to help me start planning ahead. I already received a shipment from Bariatric Food Source and Unjury but need to order a few more things to get me through the first 2 or 3 phases. After that I can shop at the grocery store :)
