breakfastlunchdinner salad & christmas cookies

I sometimes make a huge salad with different types of greens, plus tomato bits, avocado, jack cheese cubes, a sliced apple and ranch dressing cut with milk 50/50. I set it down next to me & eat it all day long. I've attached a photo below, along with another one of the holiday cookies I'm giving away. They aren't as cute as the ones I saw online but they're the best i can do with only one hand.

i JUST found this recipe for something more than a smoothie. It has 18 grams of protein but 303 calories.

The rule of thumb is that for every 10 calories, you should get one gram of protein. So a smoothie like this should give you 30 grams of protein. This ratio is rarely met, but if you cook, you can usually find a way to make it happen. if you make your own pumpkin puree and use nonfat milk, I'm sure you can get the calories down. But it sounds really good and no sugar has been added, except that in the pumpkin. If you live in an area where apple juice & cider is made at local farms, you can probably do better, since sugar is often added to commercial juice.

There so many good recipes people have posted. With my work schedule I don’t time to cook and any more I’m not good at it. But that is something fast and quick.
