I was just reading (again) that diet sodas are bad for you because of artificial sugar.I guit drinking cokes last March and started drinking vitamin water.Scientists can’t seem to make up there mind sometimes.First eggs were bad for you now they’re good. Same with coffee. I’m sticking to no sugar added products and even some of those sneak in some kind of sugar sometimes
 
I am a firm, firm advocate for NO artificial sweeteners... with all the resources out there, we have no excuse for using them any longer. PLUS, there is not much that cannot be made with natural alternatives - Pinterest is overflowing with recipes that use all natural ingredients! I love to bake, and while I do some that are regular recipes, I do a lot of altering on most things to make them healthier.
