but you can't tune a fish

I bought six cans of solid white albacore tuna yesterday but I wanted to use the last of the inferior Tuna from my pantry, so I made a simple slop. Sticky rice in a bowl covered by a can of tuna fish, drained, dress with a spicy Thai-inspired dressing adorned with julienned basil leaves.

I am really looking forward to my next tuna dish so I can use the good stuff. But sloppy joes ground turkey awaits in my refrigerator. That will be tomorrow
