cucumbers?

my best friend brought me a bunch my best friend brought me a bunch of beautiful tomatoes from his garden. He also included some really weird cucumbers. I was wondering if anyone here had ever seen one that look like it. See attached photo

No. But now you've got me thinking. I LOVE cucumbers and could not eat them due to acid reflux. I wonder if I can eat them now?!?!?
