I made this recipe yesterday and thought I would share it. It's a nice soup for this time of year because it can be eaten cold or have it on a rainy day and heat it up. It is not a spicy soup but you get the warm notes from the curry. It does call for 1/2 cup heavy cream, but that is divided up for the whole pot. Or you can try substituting evaporated milk which is what I do when I make Quiche.
