Duodenal Switch Surgery 09/26

I am new to this group and would love to chat with someone who is having or had the same surgery. Did you do the liquid diet? If so what did you drink ? I am running out of Ideas.. I am going in for surgery on 09/26. I am scared to death.. I hope I am making the right decision. I am 52 years old and 5'4" and 330 lbs... I need this more than anything.. Please help with any advice and recipes and ideas....
