My surgery is booked! Starting to get nervous about all the post op phases of introducing food. I am from Canada and my journey's path is a a little different than I am reading on these threads but I'm hoping for the group support that is available.
January 29th I've labeled on my calendar as "The Last Supper" even though my dietician said we shouldn't lol. On the 30th I start my 2 weeks of liquids which I've only been given one option - 5 bottles of Diabetic Boost per day for 14 days - this is where I notice the difference starts. I've tried them and I don't mind the taste, I only pray they keep me full enough to make it through. I'm good with this part, because I'm being told what to do EXACTLY. I'm worried about Stage 2 - purée foods - I'm not very creative in the kitchen and I'm not interested in starting to be.....do I settle for baby food
