had my final weigh in yesterday , everything went well . now im on the very very low carb diet to shrink my liver before surgery.

Congratulations on your upcoming surgery date!! You will do fine. Just follow your Team's instructions to the letter. Remember that there is a reason why the instructions are like that.
Mine will be Dec 17th. Our Pre-Op diet is only 2 days. Seems like every place is differant.
After surgery I will be on the Stage 1 Liquid diet until the 1st post-op visit.
