I am having surgery on Tuesday and I’m getting a little bit nervous. Well a lot nervous.

Hi Peace and welcome! I know how you feel! My surgery was the 15th. I had about a 2 hour delay on my start time of surgery! I actually clapped when the nurse called my nane ! People in waiting room looked at me crazy like! You'll be great and being nervous hit me when I got on the OR table! Good luck to you!

Welcome to the group. Being nervous is just part of the procedure. Talk to your doctor once they get you in pre-op.
They can give you something to make you sing Oh Happy Day. You will do fine.

Hey there! I would be willing to bet that most everyone had nerves going in. You will do fine! I'm relatively new to this group and everyone has been so so awesome! I have tried to follow their example of being available and open, so please dont be afraid to ask questions!

I agree with what everyone is saying, it's perfectly normal to be nervous, I don't think I slept more than two hours the night before my surgery. You'll do great!
