Heavy chested women help

So I'm 7 weeks post op. And every time I have a bra on it is hell. The pressure my chest is putting on my stomach makes me sick. If I even try to eat with it on it doesn't end well. And I can not walk around town braless. At home I get rid of it. But eventually I will have to eat in public and so far it has been a big struggle. Even a sports bra makes me feel sick.

Did you wear a stomach binder post op? I found that when mine got too big I would wear a girdle to help support my stomach muscles. I guess I’m wondering if the extra abdominal support would help take the pressure off. Im really not sure though. Im definitely not we’ll endowed, especially now LOL

I’ve been left totally flat chested, but I still hate wearing a bra. Always the first thing to come off when I get home from work!

No did not have a stomach binder. For some reason it was never mentioned in any of my classes I had that I would need one.

I have a few different ones. But my most comfortable one is a sports bra from torrid. I don't know if you can call it a sports bra since there really isn't any support. I have never found bras at Walmart that would fit me. Maybe I should check again I'm a 40 G.

I buy size 46 at Wal Mart. Sometimes the store doesn’t have my size, so I order online and do a store pickup. I’ve been wearing these bras for years. They come in several styles, but I always pick the TANK STYLE. I can’t wear the racer back style because it digs into my shoulders. Hope this helps.

I had breast reduction surgery in 2010. I was an H cup, went down to a D. Since WLS I have lost boob size. I haven’t been sized for bra since 2011. I now have the boobs I wanted in high school. After 8th grade in less than three months I went from flat to very generous 36 c nearly d in high school the only thing guys saw were my breasts even thought I stole a lot of button down shirts from dad aka step dads closet. I would try to hide the girls. Now I get the pull over bras started with 3x and 2x (could probably get smaller soon maybe even just X-Large or large maybe) and I can even leave in the padding and not feel over endowed. Maybe after 1 year anniversary of WLS.
