Welcome, Angel. You might want to start using the "Search" button in the upper right corner of your screen. There are many years' worth of posts here, many of which may answer questions. But since you're post-op, you probably have specific questions based on your recovery. Are you still on the post-op diet? How are you doing with getting your water in every day?
