I've lost 42 lbs. What weighs 40 lbs? A 5 gallon jug of water! Blew my mind! No wonder we feel like crap! I can barely lift these!

Yay! That's awesome! The other day I picked up something I bought that weight 10 lbs (can't remember what that was) then I thought about how many bags of that I have lost, it blew my mind. You are right, no wonder we felt like crap with the extra weight.

Good for you! I always heard a stick of butter was a pound lol. I’ve also found out I’m carrying 100 pounds of extra weight. You’re right on the money. I do feel like crap.

I think it's a box of butt (four sticks) but still! I carry my groceries up the stairs and I'm amazed how much it weighs, when it's even less that I lost!
