Isometrics

Anybody have any experience with them?

Is anybody doing them now? Any particular program or regime?

Any website or dvd recommendations?
 
I do pull ups, push ups and sit ups, need to start doing them regularly again though I have been slacking:eek: Isometrics are good for folks who are in wheelchairs or just cant get out do to physical limitations, they do work, most forms of martial arts are based on those princaples. :cool: Tom
