Hi Di, you made a great choice in having WLS. I'm almost 2 weeks out from the switch and doing fairly well. I do not have any regrets, I take one thing at a time, one day at a time. Good luck with your surgery and please stay with us and keep us posted on how things are going.
 
Di961 welcome, I know you must be totaly excited, only 5 days to wait, I just got my date yesterday and I have 71 more days to wait, but it will be worth it all.
you've done well loosing weight already. what diet plan did you use?I have to loose pounds before my surgery in sept. did you use protein drinks ?
