You really need to know for sure! This is a permanent change to your body.

You are not a chicken. Your anxiety is getting to you. You already know you are going to be safe you just have to get over it. Ask yourself do you want this surgery? Will you life get better? Will you be healthier? Can you handle it? You can handle anything as long as you take it one day at a time. We will be here to help you with the support but you have to make that last choice. Good luck on you surgery in two days. And please check in as soon as possible.

Good luck! Nerves are normal, I have them too!
I sometimes zone out on tv, I've been watching my 600 pound life on tlc. It follows the journeys of people getting the sleeve or gastric bypass.
Hang in there, it will be worth it.
