hi i am krissy i need the bariatric surgery really bad but i am worried about my afib i am new on here i don,t know where to start any advise

The surgeon will line up all necessary testing that is appropriate to your individual health condition. Just remember to be straightforward when giving your health history to make sure all of your health issues can be addressed properly.

Hi Krissy Welcome. Many of us have the surgery because of health issues so like Pat says make sure all your doctors are involved, I don't know for sure but my guess would be that others with an afib have had this. Is an afib and implant that keeps the heart from going into aryrthmia? Best of luck let us know what you find out. Tom
