Little Help with Full Liquid

Am I able to eat a serving of non starchy vegetables an if so what are the best ones and how much should they measured?
Not if you are on full liquids. Did your doctor give you guidelines and/or a meal plan to follow with the various stages post surgery? If not, please let us know as we can share ours. But veggies need to wait until the pureed stage at which time you can puree the veggie of your choice after it is cooked.

They did but Its a little hard to follow can you share yours. I am up to pureed foods now.

Puree is anything, including non starchy veggies, that you can blend down to a pureed consistency. My favorites were refried beans, cottage cheese, scrambled eggs. I wasn't told that I could not have starchy veg, so I mashed potatoes with cauliflower and also mashed sweet potatoes with a little bit of cinnamon and sugar free syrup. As for amounts, try 2 Tablespoons to 1/4 C. That is usually the max you can manage, so a sweet potato may last you 3 meals or so. Something to keep in mind. Good luck
