I can't wait. I am so ready for surgery. I start my pre surgical diet on the 14th. I will be taking 6 weeks off after surgery for which I am so thankful. Looking forward to getting out and enjoying the summer and exercising. Man it was such a long, long winter.

Congratulations on your surgery date Sarah. It will change your life for the good. Just remember, this is not a magic cure, you still have to work the plan provided to you. You can do it and you will see noticeable changes during the summer. It's an exciting time. Let us know how it goes.
