Hi my name is Cindy and I am new to this forum. I am going through the process of having a gastric by-pass surgery. I was wondering what to do when taking depression medications. Can I take them by drinking water with them or do I have to take them by swallowing them without water. I can not go off my depression medications because I still need them. How do I resolve this?:cool:
 
Hi Cindy welcome, my name is Tom. You need to contact you Doctor on that. When I was on my pre-op diet I took all my medications with water as usual, but please check with your Doctor on this. Keep us informed on your progress. :cool:
