So I had two slices of Ezekiel Bread toasted, topped with cream cheese I made from high protein yogurt and about a half-dozen strawberry slices. And that came to approximately 21 grams.
Of course this is a post-op breakfast and probably shouldn't be attempted until you have reached your goal weight. When you know you're doing everything right, you're getting the water you're supposed to be getting and eating the protein you should be eating at lunch and dinner, then you can treat yourself to a breakfast like this.
Of course, I still recommend making cream cheese out of yogurt since cream cheese is such a luxurious item and really makes you feel good when you eat it. But regular cream cheese has twice the calories as cream cheese made from yogurt. And I also recommend Ezekiel bread, because it has no flour in it. It is relatively high in protein as far as bread goes and low in calories. And I love it.
I'm going to have to experiment to see how it holds up if you cook with it. A crustless cheesecake could be fantastic and easy to use nonfat, high protein ingredients in it. But my experience with baking using something like sucralose has not been successful. Heating sucralose tends to make it bitter.
