Im new to this group, been banned for 8 years now. I'm in a rut, have not been loosing now for a while and its pretty discouraging. I'm here looking for friends, support, and just a place to chat about having a lap band.

I was raised in San Jose. I live in the Valley now. But close! I had my surgery in Fremont on aug 14. I am 10 days post op. and I am feeling really good! I had the gastric bypass.
