3 lb Pork Roast
1 t. Rubbed Sage
½ t. Salt
¼ t. Pepper
1 t. Garlic Powder
1/4 C Water
For Glaze:
¼ C sugar sub. or honey
1 T. Cornstarch
¼ C. Balsamic Vinegar
¼ C. water
2 T. Soy Sauce
Mix spices together, rub over pork. Place water and Pork Roast in slow cooker. You don't want to cook this one until it shreds so cook it on high for 3-4 hours and use a meat thermometer to check for doneness. 145 to 160 is considered fully cooked for pork.
Mix Cornstarch with water first and then add all glaze ingredients to sauce pan. Cook on high heat until it thickens and pour over pork roast.
