Pre-Op Diet

Me being me I went a little wild a Christmas time. I then kept putting off going back on my diet and gained 20 pounds. I have to lose those 20 pounds before my surgery in 3 weeks. I was hoping that the pre-op diet would do it but now I don't know. Did anyone lose while on the pre op diet?

Gained 20 pounds at Christmas- you're an amateur! LOL! Just kidding. I lost 14 lbs on my 2 week pre-op.

my doc didn't do pre-op with me. his nurse just told me to try to lose some weight before surgery. i only had to wait a month. lost a few pounds.
