hi Leandeout
I just enjoyed watching how to make the protein crepes.May I ask did either one of you have bariatric surgery? I realize alot of people eat healthy and drink the protein shakes etc. I am having the bariatric surgery on the 19th I am getting used to drinking the protein shakes but so many people say they can't stand the taste of them after surgery. I love peanut butter and have found some at walmart with 2 gram sugar which is good and I like egg whites. I haven't bought any in a carton only separated the eggs myself and let my dogs have the yolks once I cooked them. I must check into the price of egg whites and see if it's cheaper. I didn't catch the email address you offered. I am ready to try the crepe receipe for you used products I have already been eating just never thought of this idea. I have a sister that is studying to be a chef I know she will be interested in this idea and any others you care to share. She wants to see me be success with my weight loss tool(bariatric surgery) I have found that by choosing to eat more protein pounds are comming off, I wish I'd learned this lesson alot sooner in life and left the excessive carbs and sugars alone and I wouldn't be in this mess. but it's better to learn now and not any later in life. I am so thankful for this site and people like you whom are willing to share good receipes and you're being so helpful to others.
Where do you get your protein supplies at? I bought a huge container of protein powder at walmart I think it was under 16.00 like a gallon container and has I think 52 grams of protein if you use 2 scoops at a time with skim milk.I can only handle one scoop at a time with a cup of skim milk, not really a fan of milk or this whey protein but was trying to do it the cheapest way possible.open to suggestions.
thanks again
Donna
