I liked to put Crystal Light Rasberry in my vanilla whey protein shake. Of course there are many flavors. YUMMY!!!

The only brand I can tolerate is Unjury. I drink the chocolate splendor and the vanilla. During the summer I like the strawberry with a mix of crystal light lemon aid.
By small amounts and go to health supply stores for a free taste test. This time of year they are playing into the new years resolution so they have free trials and specials.
