Roasted Cauliflower w/Coconut Curry Aioli

So easy and delicious!

1 head cauliflower
Olive oil spray
Salt and pepper
Terrapinridge curry coconut aioli

Cut up or pull cauliflower apart into bit size pieces, spray with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast until desired consistency in air fryer or oven.
Drizzle with aioli.
