I start me liquid diet Monday 10/7, my greatest fear since I live in NY take the LIRR and Subway, my hunger will drive me to craziness!

You can always try a diversion such as a stress ball, fidget cube, or fidget spinner. That can help with keeping your thoughts focused on things you prefer to think about over hunger. And make a list of reasons you are doing this. Repeat them to yourself when the hunger pains come on. it sounds cheesy but remembering why you are doing it will help a lot.
Not going to lie it was SO hard for me, on a daily basis I had to keep reminding myself that it would be worth it for my end goal. Hang in there you can do it, it’s worth it!
