I am at peace and calm. Ready for tomorrow to head to Plantation General Hospital for my VSG. I have set up therapy for after my surgery monthly and will continue to see the nutritionist monthly as well. After 60 days post op I will schedule an appointment with physical therapist to work on my mobility and stability and then restart my gym membership. I understand this is a life longer journey. By God's grace, I am ready to roll.;)
 
Came home on Friday feeling terrible. Didn't get any sleep in the hospital. First night home sleep 3 hours straight it felt great. My husband and kids are taking care of me. I am up to 45 oz of water , taking my vitamins and drink my protein shakes. Walking and heating pad are helping with gas pain. I am very sore not in pain.

It's great to hear from you on the other side. I'm glad you're only dealing with the typical gas pain. Great job on the water and already getting your vitamins and protein shakes in. Congratulations and please keep us posted as you feel better. :)
