Hi All, anyone else having surgery in mid-March 2017? I'm as nervous as a cat in a room full of rocking chairs. Any advice or kindness is appreciated.

Hi bigdogluver, you will do great. I was nervous before surgery, too, but it went great. No pain after the second day. Everyone here is very nice and supportive so ask any questions, vent, whatever you need to do. We've been through it or going through it or can listen. I've lost 43.5 lbs. since Jan. 2, surgery was Jan. 10th. You will be fine.

Debbie, thanks for responding and congratulations on the weight loss. That's an impressive amount, I hope I'm as successful. I'm glad to hear that the pain is tolerable, one gal I met told me it was horrendous. Of course, she is young and hasn't experience a lot of the bumps in the road of life, so it would be overwhelming for her. I've had so many freak things happen that I now have a punch card for the ortho surgeons in my area. LOL. I really appreciate your kindness and support!

Hi there! Also scheduled for the 22nd. A little nervous...and tired of the protein shakes! Lol

Ahh you don't need to be nervous you will be sleeping through the whole process..... lol....
