Surgery Feb. 25th

Orginally I was told by the coordinator last Thursday that my surgery would be the 3rd of March. But I finished my checklist yesterday and dropped it off in her office and as soon as I walked in this morning (work) she called me to ask when I wanted to do surgery. First available was the 25th so I said "sounds great!" So I have a final appt with her and my surgeon on Thursday, start my pre-op diet on the 11th, then my 4hr educational briefing on the 24th and lastly on the 25th surgery day!!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! Get that surgery done and over and start on a new lifestyle journey! You're really lucky that you got such a quick surgery date. :) Good Luck!!!

I'm just a little freaked out by the pre-op diet now especially starting the full liquids on the 18th. I've already been warned that if I don't stick to it, they will know as soon as the scope goes in. If I didn't listen I'll be closed back up and there will be no surgery.
