Surgery tentative date August 16th

If the operating room is available, it's August 16th. Not many people are having elective surgery these days. I still haven't even had my hair cut

My surgiversary is August 20th. It was the perfect time for me in Seattle. What's your August weather like?

The weather is in the 80's here, which is nice. I hear Seattle's weather has been really hot lately.

I had RYGB 14 years ago! Best personal decision I ever made.

I like to mention it because I think most of us fear failure, a few years of normal weight followed by ballooning back up to nightmarish obesity.

The nutritional plan you have to follow can be the basis of your new, thin life. And most of us say we wish we'd done it years earlier.

Those meteorologists are always wrong. But I'm psyching myself up for the predicted upcoming heat wave anyway!

Thank you for your reply. It's in the 80's everyday all year. The surgery is a gastric sleeve. It's almost happy surgery anniversary for you!
