Good luck and just remember a pillow for the ride home and get up and walk as much as possible, it helps with that gas uncomfortability.

Also, if your surgeon doesn't give you an elastic abdominal binder to wrap around your waist, go to a sporting goods store or a hardware store and get one made of latex/spandex that you can snug around your waist, adjustable for your changing size. It is so important to have an abdominal binder and it's something people don't ask about or talk about very much here.

Yay! Congratulations!! I hope surgery goes well and recovery is smooth

so happy for you! I had sleeve and a pillow is helpful for coughing. That was my only "pain" and it wasn't bad or maybe they just had me on good meds--which I was off in about three days! You'll do great!

It went good! Sore, especially in the spot they pulled the stomach out of. But otherwise, good!
