Hey everyone! I am new to the site and would like to know if anyone is up for a daily check in with each other? Just to support each other with encouragement, friendship, advice, and anything else to talk with each other as friends. I am home bound often, due to disability and not being able to drive. The town I live in is small and not many people here are on a journey similar to mine or ours on here. I do walk 10K steps per day, even in the house. I am on a Doctor monitored diet, and also on a GLP-1 shot. Its just my woman and I who are here and we dont get to see many people, besides neighbors. I could really use a friend, or friends, who are on a journey some what similar to mine, so we could understand one another. Everyone's body is different and everyone's journey is different, so this is a judgement free zone with me. If anyone is up for it, drop me a line!! Happy holidays to everyone!
