I need new recipes! And unless you're looking for protein shakes or desserts, so does this site. SO! what is everyone eating today? Or if you're not a freak who plans their entire food day out, (I'm judging you LOL) what did you have yesterday? Breakfast, lunch, dinner? Include recipes if you can, please and thank you.

Looking forward to the recipes. I love beans in general and Mexican flavors are a personal favorite.

I did recently post my recipe for quiche. I think that is a pretty good choice. But if you have to feed a family, you have my condolences. It is really hard to get everybody to eat the same thing.
Yes, am I am looking forward to making the quiche next week. Since I work full time, I make a weekly menu so I know what I'm doing and don't have to figure it out. Nothing is worse than standing around going, "What do you want? I don't care. No, not that." lol You are SO right about getting everyone to eat the same thing, ESPECIALLY after weight loss surgery. There are lots of suggestions for food that I just can't or wont eat anymore. Which is why, even if I don't do all the cooking each week, I make sure to do ALL the planning! Even though my family is very supportive, they don't always grasp what healthy eating means for ME now. "Hot dogs have protein right?!?"
