The insurance is reviewing my info now, so as long as it’s approved, no later than mid October. I’m going to call Monday and see where they are with the precertification process.3momchaos ,when are you getting your surgery
Yes, I forgot hair tie - good call! You'll want that if you have longer hair.I took an extra pair of clothes, phone, charger, toothbrush, hair scrunchy, and makeup.
Ah yes, the double-gown was my high-fashion attire as well. All I took was blistex, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, my phone, and a charger. I wore slip on shoes to the hospital. The hospital supplied those ass hanging out gowns - I wore 2 when I walked the halls.
Totally normal to feel anxious, try to remember to really breathe (focus on your breath) when you're feeling overwhelmed. It's going to be great! This is really great info - thanks
My RNY surgery is two weeks from today - So I am in total prep / worry mode
I use the app relax melodies to help me sleep, but there are some meditations on there that help with breathing. I used it before my EKG just to calm my blood pressure down-it definitely helped. Not everything on the app is free, but it’s a nice resource. This is really great info - thanks

I'll have to check that one out. I've used all the freebies on Calm and Happify but never heard of relax melodies so thanks for sharing!I use the app relax melodies to help me sleep, but there are some meditations on there that help with breathing.
