Hi Everyone! March 14th I had my surgery, Gastric Sleeve. Everything is going really well and have advanced to the next Stage of the diet/exercise. I was at the gym for the other day for the first time in six years...I had no idea what to do except for the treadmill. Felt like a lost puppy...

After speaking with my doctor, if you follow the diet/plan then you should not need any additional surgeries. Now down the road if I have problems with the lose skin, then yes I will have the removal surgery. I did not have any problems with my insurance luckly. Hope this information helps. :)
