Hello, my name is Janice I have started my rode to be healthier.I can see it will take a lot of strength to follow thru.I pray that the good lord will give me strength. I am very nervous and excited that I made the decision.But I don't know what to expect so here I am asking to whom will tell me how it is going with you.
I am divorced, 56 yr old, I have a daughter who blessed me with 2 grandsons that are very active in sports.I also have an son who I am very proud of. I come from a very large family I am very blessed for we are very close,very suppoertive of each other.
I have been told that I need to get serious about my health, so here I am.
I do thank you for you time to talk with me. My concern is fear of the unknown ,questions like Has anyone experienced hair loss post surgery? When you start loosing weight, not able to keep food down, nausea/vomiting?
