Dear Stinkerbelle, I find it weird that you say that. I remarked to my doctor that when I got my stitches out about 1 week after that I could not quench my thirst. They suggested it could be a side effect from pain meds, but Im not on pain meds and I am 8 weeks post op and still thirsty. Wonder why? It is not a dry mouth thirst, just a need to drink. Guess we get our requirement of fluids in huh?
