I am really starting to worry. Surgery was 10/12/15. I had a sleeve done. I have only lost 11 lbs. Its been almost a month and only 11 lbs? What am I doing wrong? I eat 3 meals a day, when full I stop of course. I don't exercise as I should, I know that but still only 11 lbs? Its almost been a month! I have dropped a dress size and I am happy about that but thought for sure I would be down a lot more than what I am. Could the surgery not have "taken"? I have a follow up appointment on 11/24/15 and am afraid my doctor will be very disappointed in my progress. Anyone else go through the same thing? If so, good results at the end?
