I thought I was emotionally ready for my surgery, but now that the date is approaching, I'm starting to get really nervous! I also need to get my house in order so that my husband and my kids have everything they need while I'm in the hospital. I work as a visiting nurse, so I do a lot of lifting and whatnot, so I took three weeks off from work. Does your surgeon require a liquid diet prior to surgery? I'm a week into mine and I am STARVING!

Glad I have someone who's having surgery the same time as me, so we can support each other through this!

Hi I just join today and I need help.i am so hungry and I had my operation on 06/10/13. Is this normal. I am also feeling so weak. Is anyone else going through this?
