Hi, I too just had my Dr appt. after surgery. I too went down in insulin plus my medicine I was taking. I also am starting soft food. So if you get any ideas can you share....Good luck to you too. Have a great week....Alive in Everett

First post op Dr. appointment Hi Everyone, I was so afraid that my first Dr appointment after the surgery would be bad. But the Dr is very happy with all I have been doing.....Now I am on the way of soft food and exercise machine...150 min a week to build up to.... My medicine has dropped...

Thank you your help....I am trying to sip a lot of water but now my body core temp. is in the 96.7 I talked to my Dr. and she said go slower about water. Hope that helps.

Hello Had surgery on the 3rd of Jan. Any information to help me would be great. I was in hospital for 5 days....Had idea's of food to take but not how long it would take to finish one and get on to the next the next hour.... It seems I just ate and now I am to eat again....Or drink your 1 cup...
