Thought I'd check in now that we're both at 6 months. How's everything going? I'm still losing hair, got the foamies, but still happy happy happy. Hope you are too!

Hope your doing well. I've started losing hair - which is a little freaky - but added Biotin 5000mg/d in hopes of slowing it down. I still have trouble getting all my water in and I gurgle quite a lot. Hope your doing well!

So how are things going now? Any better sleeping? Had my surgery on Monday and did well but really expected to pop back faster. I think I really didn't expect it to be so hard. I'm sore and don't even feel like eating anything. Just taking Tylenol for pain, I hate the groggy feelinG pain meds give you. Hoping for nice weather this weekend and maybe getting outside will help.

Nice to hear from you. This is Friday after my Tuesday surgery.I'm a side sleeper, so finally last night I was able to roll onto my right side and sleep, but I think that was a mistake, I'm either super sore from the side sleeping or just because it's 3 days post op-it's hard to know! Still no pain meds needed, but still using the phenergan rub which is amazing! We love to cruise too and had planned on our 7th this summer, but have since changed it to an all-inclusive and thought flying would give us 2 extra days of play time in Cozumel. So far my favorite thing has been having the Magic Bullet mini mixer. A shake, some ice & water, and its amazing how good it tastes and feels! If there's a MIO you like to drink, stop now and save it post op. I can no longer tolerated my favorite MIO since surgery, weird huh. Switched to another flavor, doing fine. Sounds like we both have quite a journey to go thru in 2013. Best of luck and keep in touch. Blessings! Tina
